Bob Stahler, CFP®, President and CEO
Meet Bob, a seasoned financial expert who leads with warmth, expertise, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
With over two decades of experience in the industry and earning his Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) designation in February 2012, Bob brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to his role. His journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Penn State University, a foundation that has shaped his strategic approach to financial planning.
Beyond the office, Bob is deeply involved in his community. He’s a proud member of the Woodbury Chamber of Commerce, where he actively contributes to local business development. He also dedicates time to the Paulsboro Sportsmen’s Association, fostering community engagement through outdoor activities.
When he’s not busy guiding clients toward financial success, Bob finds joy in coaching his children’s soccer, basketball, and baseball teams. His commitment extends to youth development as a board member of the Kingsway Hockey Club and volunteering with youth ice hockey teams, reflecting his belief in nurturing young talent both on and off the field.
In his downtime, Bob unwinds as an avid fan of Philadelphia and Penn State sports, cheering passionately for his teams. He values quality time with his family, whether fishing on the shore, boating, or exploring new destinations together. Bob’s love for adventure and dedication to community service are the cornerstones of his life, reflecting the same commitment and care he brings to Anchored Financial Planning.
Debbie Haines, Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Office Coordinator
Debbie plays a crucial role in our organization by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, organizing client events, and handling estate matters, including rollovers and transfers as needed.
Debbie’s dedication to her role is rooted in her high school education and years of hands-on experience, ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently. Her warm demeanor and attention to detail create a welcoming environment for our clients and staff alike.
Outside of work, Debbie enjoys biking, relaxing on the beach, and cherishing quality time with her family. A fun fact about Debbie is her knack for wrapping Christmas presents to look like a festive display, showcasing her creativity and attention to detail in all aspects of life.

Valerie Angiollilo, Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)
Valerie is a seasoned leader with over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry. With a robust background as a banking executive for two decades and over 20 years as COO at a previous financial planning firm, Valerie brings extensive expertise in developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs within our organization.
Beginning her career with a BS in Business Management from Rutgers University, specializing in Marketing, Valerie has always focused on combining strategic management with regulatory excellence. This educational foundation has been pivotal in shaping her meticulous approach to ensuring our firm adheres to the highest standards of compliance.
Beyond her professional achievements, Valerie is passionate about the arts, music, and the beach, finding inspiration through watercolor artistry and enjoying leisurely walks of up to 50 miles weekly along the shoreline. A dedicated fitness enthusiast, she also maintains an active lifestyle and is an avid reader, consuming over 50 books annually.
In her college days, Valerie showcased her musical talents by singing and playing guitar, highlighting her creative spirit and love for artistic expression. This well-rounded background reflects her commitment to excellence in both professional compliance and personal enrichment, making her a valuable leader in our organization’s regulatory efforts.
Paul Bechtelheimer, Advisor and Senior Planner
Paul plays a pivotal role in coordinating cash disbursements, conducting rollovers and transfers, performing market research, executing trades in portfolios, and maintaining client accounts.
Paul’s journey began at Saint Augustine Preparatory School, where he laid the groundwork for his future in finance. He further honed his skills with a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies with a Concentration in Finance from Stockton University, graduating in 2023.
Beyond his professional achievements, Paul finds joy in golf during the spring and summer months, snowboarding in the winter, and spending time with friends at the Jersey Shore. A dedicated coach outside of the office, he shares his passion for soccer by coaching at Real Futbol Academy in Medford.
Paul’s dynamic blend of financial expertise and personal interests reflects his commitment to excellence both professionally and in his community involvement, making him a valuable asset to our team and clients alike.
Taylor Huesser, Client Solutions Manager
Taylor is dedicated to providing exceptional client service. Taylor excels in answering phones, assisting clients, and scheduling appointments, bringing three years of valuable experience to our team.
Taylor’s journey began at The Restaurant School of Pastry Arts, where she developed a passion for hospitality and client relations. Outside of work, Taylor treasures spending time with her family and friends, especially her three beautiful nieces. As a dog lover, she enjoys outdoor activities like lounging by the pool and visiting the beach.
Taylor’s commitment to delivering outstanding client solutions, combined with her warm personality and dedication to service, makes her a key asset in giving our clients the highest level of care and support.
